Buffalo Hummus

Ingredients
  • 2 cans chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 - 3 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • ⅓ cup buffalo sauce
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • juice of 1 lemon (about ¼ cup)
  • salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
  1. Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Garnish with a dusting of paprika. Serve as a dip with vegetables, chips, or torn pieces of bread.
