Queso Blanco (White Cheese Dip)

While this is definitely the easiest recipe on That Oven Feelin’, it is also one of the most delicious. With only two ingredients, this Queso Blanco is a cinch to make.

Queso Blanco (White Cheese Dip)

I used 1 lb of white American cheese with 1 cup of Goya’s Mild Salsa to make this Queso Blanco. If you have a small slow cooker, just heat the ingredients over medium heat until the cheese is smooth. Since I own a gigantic slow cooker, I used the stovetop method. Just heat the cheese and salsa until it is melted, ooey, and gooey. Just remember to keep a close eye on it, stirring often.

I definitely forgot about mine on the stove.

The cats were playing together with a box in the living room and caught my attention. It was really cute. Honestly, they probably had my attention for a good ten minutes though. Meanwhile, the dip was sitting on the stove burning.

Oops.
