Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 cups of milk chocolate chips
  • 1 cup or 8 fluid ounces of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup of Fireball Whiskey or an alternative cinnamon whiskey

Instructions

  • Prepare an 8x8 inch baking dish by lining it meticulously with aluminum foil to ensure ease of fudge removal and subsequent cleaning.
  • In a suitable microwave-safe bowl, carefully melt the chocolate chips following the specific instructions provided on their packaging. Once melted, the chocolate should appear smooth and devoid of lumps.
  • Gradually incorporate the sweetened condensed milk into the melted chocolate, ensuring a consistent mixture. Subsequently, add the vanilla extract followed by the Fireball Whiskey or your chosen cinnamon whiskey alternative. Stir the mixture thoroughly until all ingredients are uniformly combined.
  • Transfer the resultant mixture to the previously prepared baking dish, ensuring an even spread.
  • Cover the dish with aluminum foil and set aside for a duration ranging from four to eight hours, allowing the fudge to solidify properly.
  • For more refined slicing, it is recommended to refrigerate the set fudge for an additional hour prior to cutting. Once sliced, serve as desired.
  • Store any remaining fudge in a sealed, airtight container to maintain its freshness. The fudge is best consumed within a two-week timeframe.
