Ingredients
  

  • 2 ½ pounds of chicken breasts cubed
  • 2 ½ tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons of paprika
  • 1 ½ teaspoons of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • ¾ cup of butter
  • 7-9 cloves of garlic finely minced
  • cup of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 ½ teaspoons of red pepper flakes
  • 1 ½ teaspoons of Italian seasoning

Instructions

  • Preparation of Skewers: If utilizing wooden skewers, commence by placing them in a large dish filled with water to soak, thereby preventing them from burning during the cooking process.
  • Preheating and Preparation: Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Subsequently, line a baking sheet with aluminum foil to facilitate cleanup.
  • Marinating the Chicken: In a large bowl, combine the cubed chicken with olive oil, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Uniformly distribute the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper over the chicken, tossing to ensure thorough coverage.
  • Sauce Preparation: In a small bowl, melt the butter and incorporate the minced garlic, grated Parmesan, red pepper flakes, and Italian seasoning into the melted butter, creating a cohesive sauce. Reserve a few spoonfuls of this mixture in a separate bowl for serving later.
  • Assembling the Skewers: Thread the seasoned chicken cubes tightly onto the prepared skewers and arrange them on the lined baking sheet.
  • Application of Sauce: Generously brush the prepared garlic Parmesan sauce over all sides of the chicken skewers.
