In a medium bowl or jar, combine Greek yogurt, milk, softened cream cheese, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract
Whisk or stir until the cream cheese is well incorporated and the mixture is smooth
Add rolled oats and chia seeds to the mixture and stir to combine thoroughly
Fold in diced strawberries and half of the crushed graham cracker
Transfer the mixture to a serving jar or container with a lid
Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours
Before serving, top with additional fresh strawberries and the remaining crushed graham cracker
