Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup milk of choice dairy or plant-based
  • 1 tablespoon light cream cheese softened
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup adjust to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup fresh strawberries diced (plus more for topping)
  • 1 graham cracker crushed (divided)

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl or jar, combine Greek yogurt, milk, softened cream cheese, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract
  • Whisk or stir until the cream cheese is well incorporated and the mixture is smooth
  • Add rolled oats and chia seeds to the mixture and stir to combine thoroughly
  • Fold in diced strawberries and half of the crushed graham cracker
  • Transfer the mixture to a serving jar or container with a lid
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 6 hours
  • Before serving, top with additional fresh strawberries and the remaining crushed graham cracker
  • Enjoy cold straight from the refrigerator
