Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices of thick-cut bacon finely diced
  • 1/2 cup of onion finely chopped
  • 1 package 5 to 6 ounces of fresh spinach
  • 1 cup 4 ounces of shredded Cheddar or Cheddar Jack cheese blend
  • 1 1/4 cups of low-fat milk
  • 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 5 large eggs
  • 1 large egg white
  • 1/4 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
  • 3/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1 pinch of dried oregano leaves
  • 1 pinch of sweet paprika optional

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare an 8-inch square baking dish by either buttering it or spraying it with a non-stick baking spray.
